Purpose of messaging
SS Recruit sends transactional recruiting messages related to job applications, interview scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, recruiter follow-up, hiring updates, and candidate support.
Types of messages
Messages may include application acknowledgements, interview details, Zoom or location information, confirmation requests, reminder notices, reschedule coordination, and recruiter follow-up.
Consent
Candidates must provide consent before receiving transactional SMS messages. Consent may be collected through application forms, standalone consent pages, recruiter-assisted intake, or other clearly documented opt-in workflows.
STOP
Candidates may reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. SS Recruit records the opt-out and blocks future transactional SMS unless the candidate opts back in.
HELP
Candidates may reply HELP for assistance. Recruiters or support staff may respond with information about the recruiting conversation or available support channels.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the candidate's application, interview activity, and recruiting workflow.

Privacy
Phone numbers are used for transactional recruiting communications only. SS Recruit does not sell candidate phone numbers or use SMS consent for unrelated third-party marketing.
