SS Recruit is a software platform operated by KYO Enterprises LLC. The platform helps recruiting organizations manage candidate intake, communication, scheduling, documents, analytics and related recruiting workflows.

The platform may process business account information, recruiter user information, candidate records, resumes, notes, communication history, interview details, source attribution, documents, integration metadata and operational activity logs as configured by customers.

KYO Enterprises LLC uses information to provide, secure, maintain, support and improve SS Recruit, including authentication, organization isolation, candidate lifecycle workflows, communications, integrations, reporting and customer support.

SS Recruit may use service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, AI processing, communication delivery, calendar/email integrations, document storage and analytics. Credentials and integration tokens are handled server-side and are not intended to be exposed to browser code.

Phone numbers may be collected through candidate applications, recruiter-assisted intake, uploaded candidate records, consent pages and interview scheduling workflows. SMS consent is stored with status, timestamp, source, organization, recruiter context when available, phone number, consent text version, IP address and user agent. Candidates may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. SS Recruit uses SMS for transactional recruiting communications only, such as application updates, interview scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and recruiter follow-up.

KYO Enterprises LLC does not sell candidate phone numbers and does not use SMS consent for unrelated third-party marketing. Consent and opt-out records are retained as compliance evidence according to operational, legal and customer requirements.
