By accessing or using SS Recruit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use SS Recruit on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

SS Recruit is recruiting operations software for applicant intake, candidate management, communication, interview scheduling, document handling, analytics, workflow automation and related recruiting operations.

Customers are responsible for user access, credentials, role assignment and account activity. Users must keep credentials secure and promptly report unauthorized access.

Recruiters are responsible for lawful candidate communications, accurate records, respectful outreach, proper consent handling and compliance with employment, privacy and communications laws.

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate contact information, resume details, availability and responses submitted through recruiting workflows.

SS Recruit may support communications through email, SMS, voice, calendar invitations and other approved channels. Communications must relate to recruiting and hiring workflows.

SS Recruit only sends transactional recruiting SMS messages such as application updates, interview scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and recruiter follow-up. Marketing SMS is not sent without explicit consent. Candidates may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply.

Email may be used for recruiting messages, interview details, reminders, candidate support and operational notices. Customers are responsible for the content and recipient selection of outbound messages.

AI-assisted features may help summarize, draft, classify or recommend recruiting actions. AI output should be reviewed by authorized users and should not replace human hiring judgment.

Use of SS Recruit is subject to the Privacy Policy. Customers are responsible for having authority to upload and process candidate data.

SS Recruit, the platform design, software, workflows, branding and related materials are owned by KYO Enterprises LLC or its licensors. Customer data remains subject to customer rights and applicable agreements.

Users may not use SS Recruit for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, deceptive messaging, prohibited content, credential sharing, security abuse, or unrelated third-party marketing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYO Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Customers agree to defend and indemnify KYO Enterprises LLC from claims arising from customer data, recruiter actions, unlawful communications, hiring decisions or misuse of the platform.

SS Recruit may experience maintenance, outages or third-party provider interruptions. We work to restore service promptly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The platform may integrate with providers for hosting, database, email, SMS, voice, calendar, AI, storage and analytics. Those services may have separate terms and availability constraints.

Paid subscriptions, usage charges, taxes and payment schedules are governed by the applicable order form, invoice or subscription agreement.

Features, limits and provider usage may vary by plan. KYO Enterprises LLC may update plans with reasonable notice where required.

Refunds are handled according to the applicable order form or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable after service access is provisioned.

Customers must comply with applicable employment, privacy, TCPA/CTIA, carrier, anti-spam and communications rules. SS Recruit provides compliance tools, but customers remain responsible for their outreach practices.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state identified in the governing customer agreement, unless superseded by a written contract.
